How much is delivery within the UK?
	We charge £10 delivery for all orders within the UK
How much is international delivery?
	We have a variety of low priced delviery options for international orders. Please email us for delivery options and prices.
Do you offer any discount for large orders?
	We offer various discounts on large orders (please see our value packs). We are open to negotiations for bulk orders
Do you dropship?
	No, we don't do dropship
Do you sell retail?
	No, we don't sell retail.
What type of customers do you supply to?
	We supply to various retailers around the UK and overseas.
How long will the items take to arrive?
	Delivery within the UK is via DHL and takes 1 to 2 working days from receipt of order.
What delivery method do you use?
	For UK orders, we use DHL
Are all the products you have online in stock?
	All our products are in stock except for Pre-Sale items.
What is the minimum order I can make?
	Our minimum order value is £150 except on items from our Bargain Bags range where our minumum order is £80
Do the prices include VAT?
	No VAT is payable on our products.
What Payment methods do you accept?
	We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, direct bank transfer, cheque.and paypal
Do you provide a catalogue?
	We dont provide a catalogue as our products are contunually updated on a bi-monthly basis. All our latest products can be seen on our website. Please register with us to receive email updates when new products are available.
Do I need to register with you to be able to place an order?
	Yes, you need to register your details with us to make an order. We will not pass on or give out your details to any third party.
